Due to the impact of the global COVID-19 pandemic, future events may be affected for which you have purchased tickets.

CEG Seats is the agent to those who provide events, such as artists, artist representatives, venues, teams, fan clubs, promoters, and leagues (the “Event Organizer”). To keep you informed, CEG Seats has provided you with a separate, customized notification (the “Notification”) outlining the options the Event Organizer is offering to account for the pandemic’s impact on the event for which you have previously purchased ticket(s) at CEG Seats or CEG Seats’s sites and mobile applications, including but not limited to www.CEGSeats.com.

CEG Seats has established the following terms of its offer to customers of events canceled, postponed, or rescheduled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The following provisions apply to any and all events that have been canceled, rescheduled, or moved as a result of this outbreak. As always, all purchases made through CEG Seats are subject to our Terms of Use and Purchase Policy.


If the event for which you bought ticket(s) was cancelled, as indicated on your notification, you are entitled to a refund of the paid value, unless the event organizer is offering a credit, and you want to accept that credit.

The credit that the Event Organizer may offer (as an alternative to a refund) will be provided as a promotional code. This credit can be used for any eligible purchases on CEG Seats’ website(s), as designated in the notification you receive from us after purchase.

If you choose to accept a credit, the credit will take the form of a promotional code that can be used toward ticket(s) to the same event type designated on your original ticket (for example, if you purchased a music concert ticket, your credit may be good for another music concert at the same venue) or, in some cases, your notification or follow-up communication will state that you will be able to use the credit for tickets to events at one of a variety of venues selected by the event organizer. The promotional code must be applied at checkout and expires on the date specified in your notification or on another date communicated to you.

If the event organizer offers a refund or credit, and you elect to receive a refund, we will issue you a refund of the paid value in whole or in part depending on the particular applicable policy exclusions. Any upgrades or add-ons (such as parking) purchased along with your ticket will be fully refunded to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase, regardless of whether you choose a refund or credit. Merchandise purchases, however, are not subject to any of these choices; your transaction with respect to any merchandise will be processed and the merchandise will be delivered to you.

You may choose to accept the refund, or any other credit option offered in the notification, within the time period specified. If you do not make an election by the end of this time period, a refund will be issued according to our normal refund policy. Details regarding our refund policy can be found in our Purchase Policy.


If a scheduled event is canceled, postponed, or moved, you will receive notice of this change from the Event Organizer. If your event is rescheduled, postponed, or moved by the Event Organizer, you can either keep your ticket(s) and any additional add-ons or upgrades, which remain valid; or you may select a Credit or refund. This Credit or refund is provided solely by the Event Organizer and not by CEG Seats.

If you choose to accept a Credit, the Credit will be in the form of a promotional code that can be used toward tickets to a different event than your original ticket (for example, your original ticket was for a music concert and your Credit may be good for a music concert) at one of a number of venues designated by the Event Organizer. Credits may be redeemed using the promotional code at checkout and expire on the date set forth in your Notification (or on another date as later communicated to you). If the Event Organizer offers you the choice of a refund or a Credit, and you elect to accept a refund, we will issue you a refund of the paid value once funds are received from the Event Organizer.

If you do not make an election prior to the end of the election period set out in your notification, you will keep your ticket (and any additional add-ons or upgrades) and remain entitled to use it on the date of your rescheduled event. If the event organizer subsequently determines that your rescheduled event must be canceled, you will receive a further notification indicating your options. Any and all requests for a refund or credit are subject to and governed by our Purchase Policy, which contains detailed information on the policies applicable to refunds and credits. Please review our Purchase Policy carefully before choosing a refund or a credit.


Tickets for events in the United States are sold at prices stated in U.S. dollars.

Payment Methods

We accept a variety of methods of payment to accommodate our clients’ needs, including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Who You Are Buying From

We are an authorized ticket seller for live events that take place in the United States. CEG Seats will be handling the transactions and collecting payment on behalf of the event organizer.

Pricing and Availability

We are an authorized reseller for the Event Organizer(s), which means we are licensed to offer and sell tickets to their events. The Event Organizer(s) set the face price of their tickets, although they may authorize us or another reseller to adjust that price. Tickets are typically sold through several distribution points including websites and ticketing apps, as well as box offices. Since most distribution points access the same ticketing system, popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event date. Ticket prices purchased through CEGSeats.com are subject to change at any time prior to order confirmation. We aren’t responsible for any typographical or system errors within the inventory listed for sale on our site; if an error is found while processing your order, you will be notified of the error and a substitution will be made when available, at no additional cost, or we will issue a refund. We reserve the right to charge service fees or any other fees for using our services. Should an event, concert, and/or festival be canceled or rescheduled, we will do our best to refund the buyer in full and make every effort to help find an acceptable replacement date. We reserve the right to charge service fees or any other fees for using our services. We may change such fees at any time without notice.

Order Confirmation and Processing

Please do not assume that your order has been processed successfully because you received an order confirmation on website, but didn’t receive an email confirmation, or received an email confirmation but did not receive an order confirmation on website. Orders cannot be canceled due to problems with receipt of emails, website, or any third party platform that processes transactions.

Fees and Taxes

Tickets you purchase on our site are subject to, service fees and processing fees. Certain events you may be able to purchase tickets directly from the venue without paying our service fee. We collect taxes as required by state and local laws. We reserve the right to display the tax separately or include it in the total service fee amount.

Number of Tickets Limits

To discourage unfair ticket buying practices, we limit the number of tickets an individual may purchase for a given event. We reserve the right to cancel without notice any or all orders and tickets, in addition to prohibiting ticket purchasing abilities, if we determine that you have attempted to exceed posted ticket limits. Your ability to purchase tickets may be suspended indefinitely. This includes but not limited to any order associated with the same billing information such as address, credit card number, email address or any other relevant information.

Artists Lineup & Performers

Due to the nature of live music, artists and bands may be subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be owed if an artist or band is changed or canceled.

Moved Events, Canceled, Postponed & Rescheduled

If an event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled or moved, we will update you about its status via email. status or changes to any particular canceled, postponed, rescheduled or moved event will be provided only in the event’s information online.

If your event is canceled, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid to register for the event back to the original method of payment at the time of purchase once the funds have been released from the Event Organizer.

If the event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved: your ticket(s) are still valid. However we may provide refunds, or the option to choose between a refund or a credit, for the event; please refer to the Event Organizer’s policies for details. If you would like a refund or credit, please submit a request and include your order confirmation number and/or your account number. We will update you with any further instructions, or you may just keep your tickets to the postponed, rescheduled, or moved event.

CEG Seats, its sponsors, partners, employees, independent contractors, vendors, but not limited to the Event Organizer, or the owners and management of the venue are not liable or responsible for any expenses or costs that you or anyone else incurs if a scheduled event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved.

Refunds, Credits, and Exchanges

Purchased ticket(s) for events cannot be exchanged or refunded once they have been purchased. However, exceptions exist in limited circumstances, as described above and in the Canceled, Postponed, Rescheduled and Moved Events section. We highly recommend that you carefully review your purchase before completing your order to make sure that you have selected the correct event(s) and seat(s). We cannot be held responsible if tickets are lost, stolen, or damaged.

Refund: Should your event have met any of the refund eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund of the ticket price you paid, along with any service fee(s).

If we offer a discount on tickets after the on-sale date, we will not refund the difference between the original price and the discounted price.

Credit: You may be able to receive a credit for canceled, postponed, or moved events. If you want to use a credit to buy event tickets at the same venue, we will notify you if your request is approved by the organizer. Credits are provided by the Event Organizer. They can be used toward eligible event tickets at the same venue or at other venues designated by that Event Organizer. Credits cannot be used for resale tickets or gift cards. Any credit earned will be equal to a 100% refund of the original ticket price, plus charges and taxes. The credit will not include any additional add-ons or upgrades included in your original purchase. Once you’ve requested the credit, we’ll verify that your order meets the requirements for a credit and will send you an email with details and instructions on how to redeem it. Please note that credits typically have an expiration date; please check in the email you were sent when you requested the refund for details on how long it is valid.

If an Event Organizer gives you the option of getting a full refund or credit for your ticket, it is only for your entire order and can’t be split between refund or credit. All requests for a refund or credit are final once initiated.

Merchandise: There are no refunds, credits, or exchanges on merchandise orders. All sales are final.

Order and Billing Information Verification

All orders are subject to credit card approval and are processed only after the billing address associated with your credit card and other billing information have been verified. We are not able to process orders that include false, fraudulent, misleading, incorrect, or incomplete information. Any attempt to use false information will result in the cancellation of your order. In addition, if your order is canceled for any reason, we reserve the right to sell your tickets to another customer.

Ticket Delivery Options

Delivery options depend on how long before the event you purchase your ticket, whether the event is online or in person, and if it is a holiday season. Some venues also affect the delivery method. The list changes depending on these factors. Please review carefully before purchase. Mobile and Print at Home are two of the delivery methods offered at this time.

Pricing and Other Errors

If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect (regardless of whether it is incorrect because of an error in a price posted on the Site or otherwise communicated to you), if you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date, or if you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then we will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. If this happens, we won’t be liable for travel or any other expenses that you, or anyone else, incurs in connection with errors of this nature. However, if a refund is processed in error, or a refund exceeds the original amount paid, we reserve the right to recharge the original method of payment used at time of purchase.

Multiple Browser Windows

When you order tickets online with us, please use only one browser window. Using multiple windows could cause you to lose your tickets or prevent your order from being processed.

Limitation of Liability

Small or even large objects can fly into the audience during an event, and injuries may occur as a result. At all times before, during, and after the performance, please be aware of your surroundings. If you are struck by an object, ask a nearby usher or Event Organizer personnel for directions to a medical station. You accept all risks and dangers incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, including those which may occur before, during, or after the event. You agree not to hold us responsible for any injuries that result from falls, contact with other patrons, equipment or otherwise. We reserve the right to change the date and/or time of any given performance without prior notice.

You agree to hold harmless all of the parties of the event and you waive any claims for personal injury or death against us, management, facilities, artists, vendors, contractors, and all of our respective parents, affiliated entities, agents, officers, directors, owners, and employees on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor.

You assume all risks, hazards and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting including, without limitation, Covid-19, variants of Covid-19, communicable diseases, viruses, or illnesses and you hereby waive any and all claims and potential claims against CEG Seats, FM Entertainment & Holding Company LLC, —and against any companies affiliated with CEG Seats, FM Entertainment and Holding Company LLC, or the Event Organizer—relating to such risks, hazards, and dangers.

License; Ejection and Cancellation; No Redemption Value

By purchasing a ticket and attending the Event, you agree to comply with all of the Event Organizer’s applicable rules, policies, terms, and conditions. The Event Organizer reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to an event or eject a person whose conduct management deems disorderly or who uses vulgar or abusive language. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused. A ticket is not redeemable for cash.

Recording, Transmission and Exhibition

By purchasing tickets for this event, you agree that the event is public and that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to your actions or conduct at the event. You grant permission to the Event Organizer and its partners, licensees and assigns, including but not limited to its brand and media partners, to use your name, picture, likeness, acts, poses, plays, appearance, movements and statements during the event in any live or recorded audio, video or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition or reproduction made of or at the event (regardless of whether before, during or after play or performance) for any purpose. This includes—but is not limited to—television broadcast without a waiver, authorization form or any form of compensation to you or anyone acting on your behalf. You cannot record, copy, distribute, sell or use any part of the event(s) for public display.

You Are Subject to Search

You may be searched, and your belongings may be inspected upon entry to the event. By entering the premises, you consent to such searches. You understand that if you do not consent to these searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. Certain facility rules prohibit certain items from being brought into the premises, including without limitation: firearms, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, laser pointers, strobe lights and irritants (e.g., artificial noisemakers).

Unlawful Resale of Tickets; Promotions

Unauthorized resale of tickets, including but not limited to counterfeit or copied tickets, is a criminal act and will result in seizure and cancellation without compensation. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests, or sweepstakes without permission from us.
